Why are you going on this expedition:
Purely to be able to help promote the International Polar Year and issues that effect us all. I've never been some one to learn about the world we live through TV .. I want to experience it first hand.

Apart from exploration or mountaineering, what are your other interests?
Cooked food that isn't rehydrated!

What will be the worst part of the expedition?
Not having a pasty for 4 weeks!

What will you miss most after you've come back from the expedition? Seeing the northern lights.
